B90

The world’s first battery powered aircraft heater. The heater also called B90, has a battery life of approximately 12 hours and a heating output of 90 kW.

Technical data

Patent pending fan with electrical driven motor of 2.5 kW (Boost function). Battery pack 48V/500 Ah. Nominal runtime of 12 hours on one charge.
Internal charger with CEE 16A/400V connection. Full charging time approximately 2,5 hours.
Burner Bentone BF1 RME 90kW / 300 000 BTU with ECO 2018 design running on HVO100.
Three fan speeds plus boost function. Max flow 3800 m3/h. Max pressure 3.5 kPa.
Three heating modes: +10°C to +90°C (factory setting 30, 45, 60°C, other settings upon order). Ventilation mode available (no heat).

Built-up

Chassis made of galvanized steel. Top cover of coated sheet metal with gas springs for easy opening and access to internal parts. 10-inch pneumatic reinforced high-pressure tires, 6.2 bars, with rear axle suspension. Tow device based on standard 50mm coupling with parking brake.
Heat exchanger and Fuel tank made of Stainless Steel.
Large integrated hose compartment for the standard Ø203 / 8 inch, 7,5m / 25 feet high temperature hose with associated PCA connector.
Roof LED light indicating operation status.
